Shipping policy

We have a flat rate of 160 Php for shipping for all orders made in our webstore. Shipping charges will be waived when you purchase 3000 Php and above.

You can pay via GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, and Bank Deposit


Depending on your preferred payment method, for on-hand items your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days after payment verification.
 For pre-ordered item your order will be processed once the production is over. 

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only. Please allow 3-5 days for order preparation, which includes quality control, packing, and delivery scheduling.

Deliveries within Metro Manila and Luzon will take 5-7 working days, while deliveries to cities and provinces outside Luzon may take 7-12 working days.


Once the item has been shipped, we will no longer be responsible for the delay of the delivery. Please allow more time for delivery during the holidays.
